I just wanna ask if yahoo also have a webmaster tool like in google? Thanks

Yes, it's called Yahoo Site Explorer.

As far as I can tell though, you are only able to authenticate your site, add your sitemap, and check your pages and backlinks against their index. It doesn't have as many offerings as Google's Webmaster Tools.

I agree. Some reporting are different across this search engines.

all three tools are working fine for there search engine database information purpose, google will not inform you about yahoo rankings and yahoo listings, so for yahoo, you need yahoo webmaster tools. same for msn.
i am using 3rd party tool which give me more control on this stuff not only for these three big search site leaders but for other search engine's too.
