Yahoo SEO Strategies

With the deal of Microsoft/Bing-Yahoo going through, in the near future Bing's search algorithm is to power both Yahoo's organic search results and paid search results:

How will this change make a major difference in your search engine optimization strategies towards the top 3 search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo and Bing)?

From what I read if I remember correctly is Bing will power the regular search on both engines. And Yahoo will continue to power its ppc. I may be wrong but I read that some where a few weeks back.

When you take a look at the news and search engines statistics posted across the net, you would find Yahoo and Bing losing the traffic share just everyday and they have decided to cooperate to compete better against Google. It is believed that they both still favor the on page items more than Google, like the title tags as well as keyword density and another issue is the domain names and if they contain keyterms.
