No, there isn't anything out right now that I know of that does that same task. The only things I've seen to check ranks in Yahoo! are basic screen scrapers.

I only allow it to go 10 pages deep so 200 results, yahoo has a tendency to not like tools for some reason, I dont want them feeding me random data

hmm, I've read that google doesn't like screen scrapers and they are against the google TOS. Don't know about Yahoo.
