Yahoo mirrow site penalty

i am pretty certain yahoo is banning (no rank, still in index) mirrow sites .... i have seen a few dissappear .... here is my question ....

does anyone have a way to know if they are doing that by way of human review or if it is being done by robot site content comparison analysis ??? i know google has robot technology to identify mirrow sites and they just show the one with the higher page rank ... not dump both like yahoo is doing ....

i am wondering if anyone dealing with this problem has had someone from yahoo make any off hand remark to indicate if the cause was human review or robot anlaysis ...

thanks

Exclamation

When people talk about "mirror" sites, do they mean EXACT copies of the same content on two different sites?

I take a lot of content and "wrap" it on our site. I have permission from the publisher to do this and I am not trying to "fool" the search engines. I do it because I think it looks better than framing or linking out. But, is this something that is borderline unethical or could lead to a banning from a search engine?

2 examples:

Source URL Example 1:
http://realtytimes.com/rtcustom/adv...&ID=generic.htm

My URL:
http://www.equitysafeteam.com/articles&type=buying

Source URL Example 2:
http://realtytimes.com/rtnews/rtcus...&ID=generic.htm

My URL:
http://www.equitysafeteam.com/page....les&type=buying
