Yahoo - is it worth it to spend the money

Hello.
My company was just approached by someone from Yahoo to spend 300 pounds for 6 months to be listed at the top of yahoo searches in our geographic (Scotland) area. Im wondering if this worth the ROI. (one business lead that turns into a project will be more than 300 pounds anyway)

Do many people use Yahoo still? Im only aware of Google and MSN rankings.

Does getting listed in Yahoo help with Google?

Pay the money and track the results. How this works for me or anyone else will probably not be how it works for you.

You can advertise yourself with sponsored ads. Why pay someone a commission to manage your ads. I would be carefull here. No-one can promise you a number one spot for a fee unless it's paid ads.
