I'm very confusing to the Yahoo! paid submission pricing.

Can anyone tell me what is the total amount in estimate to spend out? Do Yahoo! guarantee the submission list in top 10 for keyword?

Does Yahoo have map feature like Google where your business listing comes up when you do search?

Thanks

Yahoo puts it as a review fee, but considering its price - it could be very well be said as a paid inclusion

What is the price?

Is being listed in the directory the same as being listed in their regular search engine? I am already in their search engine with a couple keywords... but i never paid for any inclusion?? Does this mean im one of the lucky 1%... or would paying for the inclusion put me in yahoo for alot more of my keywords?

Its $299 for inclusion into the yahoo directory or $600 if its an adult related site.

Its does not gaurantee inclusion but you should not have any problems if you site has good content and is not spammy or full of affiliate links.

Yahoo does NOT guarantee any top 10 placements within the organic listings just because you are in their dir BUT you will see very significant jumps in ranking.

In my mind its valued highly by both Yahoo and Google. Think about it, if inlcuded it means that your site has been reviewed by a human being. No spammy sites are included, so logically this will
be valued by the major search engines.

Worth paying for, for me anyway.

Some swear by it, others say it's a rip off. Others say it will harm your search results as it lists you as a company not as keywords. Still others are undecided. I'm still undecided.
