Yahoo answers showing in inlinks
I always thought that once yahoo answers put the nofollow tag on their links inside of the answers that the link wouldnt show up in the "link:domain" command but it does. So does the nofollow tag show the link as being linked to but just not pass any value?

have you checked the code to see they still use the nofollow?

Yes it shows the nofollow tag in the source code but still shows as being linked to from the link command.

nofollow doesn't mean 'don't show' it just means 'not passing pr weight'. No biggie if they show it.
