More results from this site - how do you get that

On the Yahoo! results page many of the sites have a link to 'More results from this site'. I am sure one of our sites used to have this but no longer. Is there any significance affecting rankings whether you have this or not?

The site I am referring to has just been relaunched and although the home page has been picked up I am not sure if the rest of the new site has. Google, by the way, has only picked up about 20 of 250 new pages but still has all the old pages indexed.
