check ranking in yahoo
go to yohoo site but after find out keyword to you see bottom option which country to check your keyword. to selected the country and to find the key search option and check the keyword rank that its.

As per my knowledge, you can use some tools to check the keyword ranking in yahoo for specific countries. Try SEO Book or Google monitoring.
