Getting Slurped
I set up a site with 300k pages a week ago. Google has hit the main page about 8 times, but that's it. Today, "Yahoo! Slurp;" came by from like 10 ips i think. "Yahoo! Slurp;" has been requesting about 2 pages / minute all day.

Something is definately happening at Yahoo. I must have jumped in SERPS for lots of my keywords as I am getting a lot of hits from Yahoo today.

Yahoo has been requeting a few pages / minute for the past 12 hours. I'm assuming they have some built-in failsafe to make sure they don't DOS me. It sure will take a long time to index my site though.
