Damn Yahoo! support SUCKS!!
If Yahoo!'s past history is any sign of what to expect in the future, dealing with them is going to be HELL!
I have purchased listings several times when the charge was a one time charge. Those listings turned out to be useless. I also purchased one with the annual fee. I have since forgot my ID and I know that they are going to be hit with the second annual fee unless I cancel. But I cannot figure out how to contact them. Every email goes ignored.
They SUCK!!! Let's hope that they continue to do so, and lets's hope that everybody that chooses to do business with them experiences the same lousy support that I have experienced!
