I haven't found a free tool that can do the work site explorer can do, and if you have any tools ,tell me some I can use,but aparently you don't know about the yahoo's decision, a lot of tools they use the yahoo database,do you have any other tools that use other database.I can hardly find one.

It has been the plan from day one that Bing will offer the features of Yahoo! Site Explorer once the migration from Yahoo to Bing is complete. That should happen by the end of the year. At that time you should be able to access the same tools as before except through Bing.

Does that mean Bing will offer the same kind of tool as Yahoo explorer,that would be the best outcome of migration,changes are not that clear to us now.I've found some other tools to check links,but for now Yahoo seems to be the most efficient one,espacially it's free.

i think if you search Google for your this question you will get some nice answers ,you can check your site condition throw placing analytic in your site and there are many software available for checking links.and websites also like backlinkwatch..
