301 redirect issue
According to Yahoo Site Explorer, Yahoo is indexing urls with 301 redirects AND the urls being redirected to (the 301s are search engine friendly). I assume this is causing duplicate contect issues. How do I help Yahoo correct this issue? Thanks. Jim

I've noticed that too. I also know that this isn't causing a dup. issue. I have one domain that is redirected to a page on my main national site. Without giving the specific example, it's something like this:
texasautomobile.com redirected to mysite.com/texas/car.aspx mysite.com/texas/car.aspx appears #8 first page for search term "Texas Car" texasautomobile.com appears #5 first page for search term "Texas Automobile" with the same title and content as the page to which it is redirected. So the page itself is ranking well for the terms i'm targeting, while the redirected url is ranking for the terms that are in its domain name. I would imagine that they are aware of this happening, but if you wanted to contact them you could probably do so through site explorer, but i don't see it causing any significant problems for you as a site owner.
