Each traffic analyzer show different

I am using several traffic analyzers on several of my websites. Each analyzer shows different values. The different is quite significant 10 - 30% how is that possible.

I use the following analyzers:

Google analytics
My hosting analyzer
one local analyzer in my country
my self-programmed analyzer (PHP)

There is no pattern which analyzer shows the most, sometimes one sometimes another. Can anyone please explain why?

that is what I thought... I also read, google analytics only analyze when scripts are enabled otherwise it does not.

However I am concerned that I use the same self programmed traffic counter at all my websites and so I use analytics at all websites... Some sites show higher results in analytics and some show higher in the self programmed. I am really confused.

The difference is really significant usually
