Wassup Guys,
Just dropped by to seek your opinion about responsive designs.
I am frogging tired with endless issues with perfecting a responsive design.
Just now I completed a design which works amazingly smooth. Then I did some further testing and it turns out that Responsive designs don't zoom well on PCs. I mean you try to CTRL + or - and the Design just screws itself right in front of your eyes.

Here is my question. Please suggest me a design that you think is a perfect responsive design. I have tried BostonGlobe, Smashing Mag etc the most acclaimed responsive designs out there and they all have the same problem reported above. Your inputs will help me perfect my art. Thanks in Advance.
