Use Xenu, very fast and also tells you if you have broken links, only software out there that does multiple feeds at once, also free.

but its not free,

I recently came across SEO Utility's Sitemap Generator which, despite being in a different language, is pretty good. It creates a basic XML sitemap and will even fill in the priorities and change frequencies of your pages for you.
