Difficulty in dreamweaver cs4

can anyone tell me how can i configure server in dream weaver. i am facing a huge problem.i have created a website but when someone fills out the form then i want that the server fetch the data of the user who has filled the form and displays it,
but instead it is showing no data, means the server cannot be found.I created my site through dreamweaver
and tried a lot to install or configure the ftp server, but it is not working.My web hosting company is Adspace
please help me?

It doesn't matter which HTML editor you have used to create your file. If you are trying to edit a php file, first of all, make sure you save your file in the specified location IN the server itself. For example, if you use the XAMPP server, your files are to be stored in the htdocs folder within your server and called using localhost on your web browser. Secondly, have you connected your server and other databases/files, etc that you want to use with your form?
