How well would a community website rank?

Apologies if this is a bit of gibberish and a bit of a strange thread it's been a long day and my mind is wondering a bit. So I had a thought to myself, if the who of seochat were to create a website and contribute their knowledge/skills how well would it perform? We've got some real high end users here, we've also got some new members who may counteract them. As a whole, how would the site do?

I don't think I was entirely with it when writing the thread.

Basically my overall though was if every member on these forums contributed to a website, how well would that website perform?

If it had a solid leadership, it would have done great (easily top 10). Without it, it would fall flat given that many visitors are actually here to ask questions. Nevertheless, this chat is an enormous source of knowledge. Even though many guys here are not SEO professionals, they are probably quite proficient within their respective industries. With that combined financial, marketing and SEO knowledge and the fact that these people are working in different markets all over the world, we can crate an internet giant.
