I've experienced a 5% boost in traffic from Bing comparing year on year. Comparing this to a 13% boost in Google.

Bing also converts a whole 2% higher AND has increased by 0.7% compared to last year.
Google has actually decreased in conversion by 1.2%

(rough % and not being specific here)

Is anyone seeing roughly the same thing?

I will try and check later on the number of windows 10 installs but the last time I checked it was way above expectations

OK checked with a couple of contacts now and apparently windows 10 now has over 116 million users with Bing now gaining 35%+ of search and rising as of today.

The 116 million users is impressive but it was the 35% that shocked me, this figure is rising daily so in my eyes Bing is becoming a serous contender now and something to look out for.
A lot of the traffic is coming from Contana so the figure could be inflated a bit for normal search engine search but I guess it does not matter what the source is a search is a search.

I will keep an eye on the figures and looking forward to when Bing reaches 50%

Have you noticed anything on any of the sites you have access to that Bing converts at a higher rate? This is what really shocked me with my research on my sites that Bing is converting a whole 2% higher than Google.

On a personal note I can't stand the results, they just look visually difficult and you have to strain to read the results.

    But who uses Bing?
I for one think it's easier to figure out one engine that trying to do multiple and find a common ground..just sayin.
if both were doing 50 percent we'd all be in a world of hurt.

On this site it's about 200,000 users, so 5% of that is actually a reasonable increase.

Yes, Bing is very important. I get high traffic from Bing. Because my website is top on Bing. If anyone thing bing is nothing and google is everything, he is fool.

I have been looking forward to targeting Bing. The problem I am having is that the last time I attempted to add my site in Bing's webmaster tool, my site's traffic significantly dropped. And it took time before things got back to where it was. I would like to believe that there was a coincidence, because at that time, there was a Google update. But, I don't know, I am not sure. I would love to use Bing webmaster tool, but I am afraid it would have a negative effect on my site. I know I should. I know it would help, just like with the Google webmaster tool. But... Well, it's sort of like a trepidation for me.
