Yeah seeing the new design here as well. I like it as well. I especially like how it highlights keywords in the domain as well.

Does this mean Dmoz no longer used by Google or just dropped descriptions? Cleaner look is good.

I think the adwords are less visible now. Just my opinion.

If they were unable to keep it accurate, then there's IMO no point of showing it. Hopefully it's gone for good.

I provide PPC for some of my customers along with SEO I find that overture results IMO generate a better CTR than google.
Google must have removed the colored blocks from their ads to make them look somewhat like search results. (much like overture.) Except they are still on the right. I'm glad I don't have 600x800 the page looks messy. at 1280 X 1024 nice and clean.

Lightbulb I dig the new look

;-) I definately dig Google's new look. It's fresh and clean, and the highlighted keywords in the URL's are a plus. Also, I like the fact that the Adwords are uncolored - this, in my opinion, de-emphasizes their importance (a little bit) and puts the focus back on the organic search results! This keeps the little guy in the game and evens the playing field against those who use financial might to "buy" themselves to the top...
