Search Engine Strategies Conference and SEO Chat - NYC, March 2004
SEO Chat might be in the position of getting a discount from JupiterMedia, the company that runs the Search Engine Strategies Conference, for SEO Chat members. Danny Sullivan asked me to find out how much interest there was in our forum for people to attend the conference.

If you can post your thoughts about attending, I will then be able to relay this information to Danny Sullivan and hopefully get a discount for our members. I personally recommend this conference, some of the search engine elite attend the conference and there is always so much to learn. In addition, if there is enough interest, I will work on organizing an SEO Chat only meeting on one of the days of the conference.

It's a maybe for me... good business expense but is it going to be worth the time and effort? What more am I going to get out of this dollar wise

On the other hand, I never mind a trip to NY, as long as it isn't as cold as it was last week when I was over there!!!

Its so cold here. Saturday afternoon it was a warm 20 something.

I wrote a review on the last SES conference in Chicago. If your unsure, read it - maybe that will help you make up your mind. The article is here and on my site and there is a detailed review at the blog.

I will be at the conference in March!! Really looking forward to it, this Texan has never seen the big apple. Also, I get a 50% discount for being enrolled in the university. So if any of yall are in school, be sure get your discount as well.
