SEO Elite = Rubbish

[NOTE: As a rescent buyer of this software, this is solely MY opinion]

I just bought it a few weeks ago and i am now realizing i just wasted some good money on crap software

its biggest feature of building links, those links are very much non-quality links and the 2nd way of getting "quality" links is by spam-mailing webmasters, its my fault for rushing into it too fast, not again though, not again

just my humble opinion

Care to elaborate dds?

Link building = its biggest feature? Why are the links non-quality?? Don't they meet your standards??? Something fishy????

I honestly have no clue, since I never used the software. I used some other software (trial) once and it didn't suit my needs. But I don't blame that on the software... it may be that my needs are different from the average SEOer's

PS: I hope the "con artist" bit was meant as a bit of silliness...

I use it myself. What is wrong with it? I have found it to suit my needs. You might want to retract that comment about being a con artist. He doesn't advertise anything more than what it is

To say the program is crap is your opinion and you are entitled to it. But to call brad a con artist is ignorant, false and irresponsible. The software does exactly what he says it does. You can find great link partners or crap link partners with it. You can spam webmasters or send out completely personalized email.

If you are in too much of a hurry to learn what the software can do, that makes you a fool, not brad a con artist.

What about the 90-days money back garantee?

IMO this type of software just can't work (at least not the way they say it will). Maybe at the beginning but not when it has been around for a while.
Another thing, I think this is a nice example of the wannabee-tricker being tricked, expecting this kind of software to work is a bit... Maybe the guy is a con-artist, in that case he gets my respect for the god-knows-how-many people he fooled into buying it

no they software does what it says, except it is pretty much all blackhat lin exchanges, they show you how to go and add your links to "add links" forms allover the net, the exact ones that google hates, those are link farms my friend

ok i revoke my comments about him being a con artist, I'll admit that was a bit hot-headed of me....however

this software would have been sooooo amazing a year ago, but sicne the google updates and all, it is not useful, thats not your fault because i got into the boat late

overall I am unsatisfied, not with brad callen personally ( i apologize for the comments directed at him ) but with seo elite, hoever I'll keep it i suppose and hopefully will be able to make my money back

It does pretty much exactly what I have been doing for all the years I have been in seo, except it automates it into one easy to use program, pretty innovative if you ask me. I have gotten all of Brads SEO lessons, because I signed up for some newsletter along the way. I have read most but lost interest because they are really just a rouse to promote his software. Hey thats fine, he's not giving bad or innacurate advice. I don't know, it annoyed me so I simply stopped reading them.

You should get your money back if you are not happy with his software. There is a free program that does the same thing as SEO elite, without the automated mailing feature. There are free auto mailers out there as well, so you can do the same thing as SEO Elite with free software you just have to jump between a few programs. I wouldn't call him a scam artist by any means, Thats very close minded and based on facts that I have not seen you prove. He offers money back guarentee, and the software is not terribly expensive. It is well put together and it does what it says it will.

I have a couple of collegues who use it and they like it just fine.

if you use the information given carefully and look at each website, and write a personal e-mail ( which Brad reccomends) you will have no problem.

Personally, I have been dissatisfied with every piece of SEO software I've ever bought. Maybe I'm just picky, but I've made the decision to build my own from here on out. It takes longer, but integration is a hell of a lot easier and having instant access to an deeply integrated set of tools is worth its wait (guffaw, guffaw) in gold.

lol....I personally purchased it with...many reservations. More out of "curiosity" than anything else I suppose. I have used it exactly once. I was doing some charity for someone who couldn't get a clients site found for the clients main KW phrases. I might actually get more out of it if I had read the directions...lol...isn't that just like a Guy?

I used the back link analysis specifically to quickly identify where the weaknesses were at for this site versus his competition, saving me a ton of time. Using that data, I had his link building team do certain things. While this was not all I had to do to correct the site in question, it was part of the problem this SEO Firm was facing. Within 2 weeks of completing the work, that Firms client site was ranking, for primary KW's and some additional, all in the top ten in Google. Happy SEO Firm, Happy Client.

While I've not used it since, I see the enormous value of this tool in my SEO store house and why I did not personally seek the refund for something I really don't need right now.

I highly recommend it to anyone who does SEO to make a living. It's a tool, only a tool, and the results you'll see are only as good as the operator of the tool.

Brad is no con-artist, and you could probably stand to learn a little bit more about SEO. More specifically reading SEO Chat.

It is a great TOOL to have when optimizing a site. I agree about the back link update Brad Recently came out with. As I read here, it uses a single link partner exchange service...don't remember which one, and I would like to see it a little more expansive than what it is. Even still, its a great addition if you find quality partner sources using that service. Time is money, and I can see this tool saving tons of time when used as intended.

Like anything legitimate kiddo, there is no magic bullet that gives instant rankings. You still have to put in the work whether learning or applying techniques.

So I do not mean my comment in anyway to be a personal attack or anything of that nature so I hope I dont offend you but I found it funny that you posted about feeling ripped off and then your signature says a fool and his money are soon parted... just a bit of irony in that... not calling you a fool, digidog.

I think that SEO Elite is the best piece of investment I ever did (SEO related). When a car hits and kills someone you don't say that the car maker is a murderer but rather that a driver is. The program does what it supposed to: finds link partners. I personally use it mostly to analyze competition and find who links to them so i can email them and get the link as well.
