New CJ Reporting?

Has anyone seen this new reporting system CJ has? I think it sucks in the worst possible way. The data seems very suspect, my SIDs are gone from my report, and the interface just... sucks.

Am I alone in thinking this? If you have something to say about it, please do because I'm pretty annoyed with them and I'd like to see a rollback.

I agree with you- its very lame. I think they are trying to be more like google- but then again - who isnt?!

Well, they failed. Anyone know a way of getting a full transaction report in .csv from these clowns? Automated, that is...

Seriously, I hope people complain about this nonsense. I'm close to giving them the boot and managing my own affiliate relationships because of this debacle.

I agree nutkeis. I looked at it a few times and then came to realize what I always realize about CJ -- they haven't the slightest clue what their market wants.

Seriously now, all we want from an affiliate marketplace is consolidated payments that fairly track our transactions, and allow us to grab data in real-time...it boils down to being that simple. They manage to muck up every aspect of the business though; damn first mover advantage. I can't wait for some of their better affiliate programs to defect over to Kolimbo (I'm not much of a fan of Linkshare either).

Ditto to every comment on this page - I hate having to always click on the reports button TWICE to see my "SUMMARY" of transactions. Just make it one click already!

I guess insult to injury is the late payment this month; it is annoying enough that they allow for advertisers to extend transactions an extra month...making those payments even later just shows how little they ultimately value the publishers.

I have heard lots of negative feedback about this upgrade from both affiliates and managers.

I think we need some pitchforks and torches.
