I suspect that list is quite old. Mesothelioma does not pay as much as listed there (or even close)

It probably would if it was geo targeted, a solicitor in the US would probably get millions for a client who is suffering from asbestos caused cancer.

This question is about advertising rates (cost per click). Although I don't question the fact that there are lawyers that can suck a fiver from a rock, its just thats a whole different issue.

I think you're right, but I also heard some keyword related to some class action lawsuit paid very very well a little while ago. So, that tells us that keywords related to class action lawsuit are ones that pay one of highest. I don't follow legal news so closely, but if you do and if you can target keywords related to the latest class action lawsuit, you find a lot of earning potential there.

not to shoot down your idea, but finding anything that has a high CPC and low SEO competition is not that easy these days.

This thread brings me to a question I've been wondering about lately, using all the nifty new SEO tools I have at my disposal. When I'm searching for traffic volume for a given KW, and do so by running a KW suggestion tool like Digitalpoint's, is that search logged?
So if I uncover a potential goldmine, am I also unwittingly uncovering it for others? |

I'm not so sure if the tool at the digital point gets data from Google, Yahoo, or MSN. Consequently, chances are you wouldn't be changing the result there. |

That's not what I meant. I was wondering if the people who created/run digitalpoint or other similar sites have an automated logging system that flags any search terms that shows traffic of over X,000 per day. The concern is inviting SEO pros into my backyard, because I ran a search on their site.

Although that may be a valid point for some of these "tools". You can use Shawns tool without any worry of that.

That's good enough for me. Thank you.
