Talking To all dropped sites ...
Hi there...

I do have a suggestion. Let's stick together and we do exchange our urls. We do talk here about what we have changed, when we have done it and so on - just to find the similarities. Off course we exchange our urls by private messages...

Im currently finishing something for a customer - but i would be happy to analyze this stuff together with others...

I would be willing to participate in small discussion group about this.

To clarify, I have absolutely no problem posting public suggestions on this board as to what I think works or does not work. As far as having others analyze my web site for the purpose of a group discussion, I would prefer to do this in a non-public forum (at least to until Google sends all of my key words so far back that it doesn't matter anymore...).

If others are willing to participate in a private group with the understanding that no one in the group will attempt to compete directly against others, then I would be interested. I do think that any conclusions reached by the group should in turn be posted here for public consumption and discussion.

Centronics, I don't know if this is what you had in mind or not. Either way, if this sounds good to you or others who are reading this, feel free to private message me.

I think it's a really good idea. I dropped out of the index for all of my single keywords.
Some who had a number one ranking now have a number 40 ranking
There are even some top 10 keywords wich i can't find at all
I think it has somthing to do with msn. Allmost all the single keywords have a number one ranking in msn but are now knowhere to be found in google.
I've optimized only for single keywords, but i didn't loose the traffic that i thought, i'm still analyzing but i can see that i'm doing better with the kw prhases.
i'll be happy to send you the url only the site is in dutch

Conference now or later?
Ok, i did received some private messages ... we could hold a messenger or skype conference. Its much easier to understand what happened exactly while we're chatting instead of writing emails until we drop....

I want to nail this down...i have not invested months of work in my site to disappear from the worlds number 1 search engine... :-)

Centronics and I have been corresponding and I want to second his note. Skype is an Internet phone, which I do not have, but if everybody who is interested does, I'lll work around it. The other is instant messaging. I'd to have a group of about 5-10 webmasters.

As long as Centronics doesn't object, private message him if you're interested.
