I've noticed, that the last dance didn't spidered seochat.com, isn't that weird? And I don't see any robots meta tags, with noindex,nofollow .. So why is their still no PR, with so many backlinks.. Darrin :

I don't, it was a thought. Even if Darrin took the site out of the database. I'm sure he was hoping for google, to re-index the page by it's self... following some backlinks.. so this means, that if you remove a site from google, to get re-index, you need to re-submit manually?

Oh and another thing I'm wondering, if seochat.com was indexed, would a url appearing in "Site review" or any other thread/post be considered as a backlink?

if the site was re-crawled right now any link going out would be ignored, they go through a page that has been disalowed to the spiders.

That about sums it up yes. Forum spammers gain nothing by posting links. Well at least no pr anyway. It acts as adeterrent for spam and also keeps pr within the site.
