Participation Incentive Threads
It started with "I'll send $20 PayPal for..." and now we have a "$2000 Participation Incentive Threads..." that for the core group of active posters isn't needed to post... but 99% of the registered membership could see this an a way of making a living OR as I posted in the Participation Incentive Threads - a means of circumventing the need to hire a professional...
I think while the general idea isn't a 'bad one'... it requires at the very least an escrow of offers to be paid in advance and a private "non-public forum"... Otherwise - the offer should be edited out of threads or such thread deleted as a TOS violations, and TOS Updated. IMHO

Agreed... Recently we already seem to have more than our fair share of sig' hunters proffering "advice" from day 1 in the quest for free links
There is no rule though... so I'll seek input from Jon.
