I had that problem and Norton Internet Security was the culprit. Turned it down and rely on a Barricade now.

Had same problem with Norton Personal Firewall. Just right click disable for a second, do the comment, then enable again.

My observation is that if I block referer in my firewall, it won't work. Bad coding IMO if referer has to be activated to make the function work.
