You're going to have to wait a lot longer than that, probably. Signature rights are earned based on "forum reputation level" these days. It takes at least 4000 reputation points, which is quite a lot

Forum reputation has NOTHING to do with post count. Only other people can give you 'reputation points'. It can take one brilliant post, or it can take forever. It's up to you really.

A signature on here is something everyone much earn by posting quality comments etc which people like and find helpful, in doing this people will thank you using the rep system, which is how you are rewarded points, but how many points you are rewarded is upto the person's' thanking you.

For example, I could click the "Give Rep" button below dzine's post to agree with him and give him 1 point or 1191 points because that's the highest amount of rep power I can give out at any one given time (see to the left of my name its says "Rep Power: 1191", but just how much I give would depend on how good the advice is he gave out (and how generous I'm feeling lol).

This community is all about getting people involved and wanting to share the best advice they can give, so if you do that you will earn rep points from people agreeing with you, but if you spam the place or give poor advice, this can and will work the opposite way (people with disagree and give you bad (-) rep points).

I take it from your question the rules haven't been updated at this time and that's because SEO Chat is currently still being worked on for the new design you now see, but the rules are on the list to be updated so they are more clear and uptodate with the new rules, system and way everything works now
