Discuss a site idea

An idea I'd love to see on the site would be to choose a site that's very successful, i.e. great SERPs, great page rank etc and have a thread dedicated to it where people can discuss how the site has achieved it's success or can be baffled together where the site is not a great one.

After all we've all seen PR9 sites that are a load of rubbish and have no inbounds, we can all discuss them to find out what they did to get where they are. On relevant sites, the same techniques (where ethical) could work wonders.

What does everyone else think?
