    Writing original Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn Posts

Is there any difference in SEO if we just share a link on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and we don't write any extra text in the post? Or should we write original text in each post?

Pretty sure the social media links are no follow anyway so doubt it would matter.

The Best to post images on facebook page is that your images have an eye caching title and with meaning full short description and carry a short link not the actual link of your post.

For me, i always read short description and the title of the post, when its still not clear that's the only time i read the original text of the post. I think its alright not to write original text in the post as long as the short description is simple and clear

From my side this show negative effect on our social account, in fact, Facebook administrators are banned our account if we promote our site again and again

Adding note will make that post unique, they care about what you think and how others react to it

when Promoting yourself through your connection ,
There is great role of content if that can make engagement among those connection.
In that case you can think, we can copy from others?
    that actually makes the differences.
Unique content always stays far ahead and it makes you more trustworthy to your audience. Remind it once they lose their trust, you can never bring it back.

Would you click on a link, which is only a link without a description? I won't! I guess writing a short text is always better.

So much points of view here so I guess I'll have to add mine too.

First to respond to your direct question:

Is there any difference in SEO if we just share a link on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn and we don't write any extra text in the post?

There is absolutely none, and I deeply think that Posting on Social Media sites has NO IMPACT AT ALL on your rankings because backlinks are no follow. The only gain you could have in pure technical terms is that your pages might be discovered quicker by SEs because they do scan Social Media sites very frequently and a lot. But a good sitemap and a Search Console account does exactly the same. Actually it's even faster if you use the Fetch as Google tool.

Or should we write original text in each post?
This one comes in two different sections.

For SEO we can say NO for the reasons explained above.
For User Engagement and Traffic Generation then YES definitively yes. The reason is simple. The audiences and the usage of the different Social Media sites differ. So if you want to make the most out of your communication on Social Media sites then you must adapt your language and visuals based on the audience you have on each particular site.

The free advice : You will always yield better results by communicating in the right way and at the right time to the right person - Quality is always better than quantity
