Facebook doesn't supply an automatic function to do this, the only way I could see this being possible is to pull off lists of fans on a day by day (or week by week) basis then compare the lists next to eachother and see which fans are missing, those'll be the 'unlikes'. This is a bit long winded though and I couldn't see how it'd be worth the time and effort

    Facebook Management as a Job

    hey Egol.
I am not sure if you know this but that kind of work, the OP is asking about, is actually a job these days. Like its still a job for many to spam our mailboxes. well actually much better than email blasting.

If your facebook marketing is genuine it would definitely help to know what sort of people are leaving you. Its the same as unsubscription analytics people use in mass mailing. These people are somehow called Social Media experts and they are employed by small and big companies.

If you were in that guys position and your boss asked who are unliking our page - then you would come back to SEO Chat to ask if there is a way out? right. Just trying to explain the OP situation.
