6.directory submission
7.article submission
Getting traffic is not always about Facebook twitter alone but it involves allot of things and effort.
Hi It's not a single day effort..The effort should be continuous for winning reputation in social media, you should keep on trying for increasing your followers on Social networks like FB which can not be over-night,first of all you need to increase your social network reputation for example say Facebook Likes..You need to keep your effort until the result is obtained

go for Yahoo Answers too.
All this tips are reliable.
But you also need diversity in your SEO strategy.. If you want more organic traffic, undoubtedly besides link building you need SMO and their Social Signals.
Traffic can be gain from doing all OFF-SITE seo efforts and it cannot be done in a single day.
It should be continous to maintain reputation on social sites.
Other methods are- Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Optimization
I think the easiest way to overcome this is really put yourself in the mindset of your target audience – think about what they would like to read, to learn from, rather than what you think. One way is to be direct and ask, leverage Twitter and Facebook, create surveys/polls. Spend time researching other blogs that interest you in your niche and that you find value from and use that to inspire you. You can also buy traffic from sites like SEOClerks, its will also be very helpful for your site
Cheers!
Publish Unique interesting and informative with your website articles and share article link with your social media networks. Then you can get good traffic through your social media networks.
Add more people under your niche in your social networs and share unique, originla and interesting content with those. Take a part in commenting section also woth them. Social networs are good sources to get targeted traffic to your site but only using this one you can get more traffic, use also another SEO method to get more traffic diretly from search engine as directory submission, forum posting, social bookmarking, blog commenting, guest posting, article submission, PR etc
start with social bookmark and social media communities. after you get used with them and you start to talk with people from comunities, the traffic it would come from nowhere. also, try to add the people from your niche and then make sure you share your articles to them.
I would be careful with the directory submissions and the article submissions suggestions recommended above...Google is taking an increasingly aggressive stance against these types of tactics - at least in the us - and these will likely not drive lots of traffic to your site.
1. optimize profiles with attractive creative
2. Invest in organically engaging over time, you won't see the ROI in this at first but over time, there is a huge value...
3. Create a cross channel campaign using paid and SEO mediums to drive traffic (this will at least get you upper funnel informational traffic) - this is easier said then done and sometimes takes a willingness to invest up front or experiment, unless you really know what you're doing...
4. Experiment with a bunch of different platforms, look for ones that are niche specific also... there are so many great niche communities... e.g. dribbble for web designers, etc..
