Hi It's not a single day effort..The effort should be continuous for winning reputation in social media,you should keep on trying for increasing your followers on Social networks like FB which can not be over-night,first of all you need to increase your social network reputation for example say Facebook Likes..You need to keep your effort until the result is obtained

IF you need instant traffic you can use traffic exchange way it is not so much harmful for a website. It will get visitor for your website but have little problem it has bounce rate .
