    How do you organize your working times?


    I have no time:

    - I need 3 hours to write an article and prepare the images
    - 45-60 minutes to share it on the various social media (I prefer to do it manually)
    - I train 5 hours each day (in 6 Dragons Kung Fu)
    - I sleep 6-7 hours
    - I eat 1 time in a day (1h)
    - I have to follow my students (online and offline, 3-4 hours)
    - I am starting to write books and prepare courses

    I want to do more on social media but truly I don't know how.
    The question is: how do you optimize your times?

    Good question Leonida, Everybody knows time is precious thing of our life. So we have to make it more productive. Therefore, I would like to suggest you always give time to your priorities not other at all. Make your daily routine time table. It will help you to understand your time and optimize in useful manners.

    Apps! are the best way to organize anything. We use TickTick at the office, I've recently discovered Trello. It helps with managing multiple projects. You can even share stuff with your partners to.. see who's done what and what needs to be done.

    this is where many people fail... not because they do not know but how do they use the time... for me , I always respect my time for everything that i do, if i find myself am out of time, am giving up and i will accomplish it next time.

    It sounds like you need to delegate some of your tasks to someone else.
    Sounds like you need a new hire or a VA.

    I make a work calendar in advance and follow it as much possible and voila everything gets done on time and without any stress.
