Facebook Optimization

Hi Friends,

I am new here and this is my first post.

I am posting a job on elance on behalf of my manager but my manager ask about details work which a vendor will provide.

So I want to prepare an Ad for elance about Facebook. So please tell me what all work will be done by a vendor for us. What all sort of things he will provide us in report format, same as that provided by link builders.

Are you posting to ask someone to do a job or are you posting to offer a job on this job site?

If your posting to ask someone to do a job, they should be telling you what they will do to get your goal completed, which we don't know what your end goal is so how can we advice what you should be looking for? You will need to elaborate as to what you want out of this for anyone to tell you what work should be done to complete the job.

For example, if you simply want more people to like or join your facebook page you will need to give them something interesting to read or a good reason to follow you etc and keep offering this, because if you want anyone to like, join , follow your FB page/group etc and get something out of it you will need to earn those followers!

And well if your posting to do the work, you really should know what your doing before taking peoples money, but having a second read of your post, it sounds like your looking for someone to do something with your facebook account/page/group?
