I don't think that their is any social media platform that can "easily" promote your site.

If you have invested the time to develop a social media account which has a large reach then that will be your best option. But don't expect to start a twitter account, tweet out a few links have the flood gates of traffic open up for you.

You need to create a social media plan and get to know your followers. If its for business you need to share things that are of interest in that industry, product/service improvements, offers and company news.
