how about one post per question for a start.
this keeps the forum better organized and helps focus resources on your topic.

I tried to look at the website, but didn't manage it. It froze after loading - my CPU usage went to 100% and I had to close IE (6.0) from the task manager. Probably a bug with my computer (windows 2k). I think maybe "quicktime player" was trying to do something. I don't have a flash player so maybe quicktime was trying to find that?

My question: What does a search engine robot see of this site? Have you made a special provision for robots that will allow them to spider the site and see the content? You won't get any ranking for pages the search engine can't see.

I sent in the VORDbot (using Lynx test browser) and page told me I needed JavaScript and cookies. The VORDbot doesn't do JavaScript so I couldn't see any more pages.

yes...this site has a detector page at index.html....
if you pass the javascript and cookie test....
you get to enter the site and are taken to the index.php page.

The VORDbot could get around your site OK starting from index.php.

Adding some <alt> attributes to the images would be helpful. For spacer images you could add an empty <alt=""> Otherwise add some helpful descriptions for images perhaps including the odd keyword here and there.

The VORDbot won't type searches into your search box, so couldn't see your full listings. You are missing a trick here. Add a directory to the site in addition to the search function which allows visitors to view all of your song titles and descriptions just by clicking links from the index page.

You can download your own vordbot from http://www.vordweb.co.uk/standards/download_lynx.asp

Post Myglobalsound

Yor website is very good has a good PR now I advice you to exchange links with as many sites (of PR>4) you can , and just see a boost in your PR. Actually the product you are selling need to be glamourised, so you can`t just use a content based site, but you can surely add some content pages for eg. tutorials and articles will will help you in SERPs.
