www.disklabs.com - Can anyone give me a site review?

As stated, www.disklabs.com . I am looking for someone to assist me in reviewing this site, as I am desperate to get the google rankings higher.

Laugh as much as you want, but I have been using netmechanic, and just moved over to webpro gold. Am I wasting my time, or not.

Please advise,

Simon

The site is not bad, I happen to know the Amsterdam based Disklabs but their site is a lot worse ;)

Can't really give you anymore tips for onsite seo. I'm guessing you're aiming at "data recovery", it's quite a competitive keyword to be honest. With me you're ranked #105 out of 32.200.000 which isn't that bad...

I'm guessing the only thing that can bring you to the first page is some kind of aggressive link campaign (or some sleezy black hat seo ;)). It's probably gonna cost you some money.

To give an exemple: #1 has probably bought a text-link on computing.net (check inbound links)

Btw, looks like you sponsor pcreview, but you let them link with "disklabs" as anchor text, ask them to change it into "data recovery" or any other kw you wish to target, just like you do on howstuffworks.com, that'll help

www.disClabs.com - not www.disKlabs.com

I own both of these domains. Is there anyone out there who thinks they can do some magic with the DisClabs domain, rather that the DisKlabs, which is doing OK, but not brilliantly.

Regarding disklabs.com, you should get rid of the...

<meta name="expires" content="Never">
<meta name="robots" content="Index, Follow">
<meta name="revisit-after" content="7 Days">

Unless I missed it, a site map would also be a good thing to add for at least your top level pages and as many product products pages as you have time to work in.

Overall, the site is quite nicely done. It is appealing, easy to navigate, has ALOT of content and backlinks.
