if after 3 years u haven't understood/read some FAQ's or SEO boards etc. then you shuold hire someone.

no wonder you're not getting any hits:

you're competing for one keyword: online auction site Buy/Sell Free online auction -online auctions paypal buyers buy sell trade free auctions computers antiques cars books sellers games collectables toys listings

which is pretty long.

u don't have any keywords to compete on, no real SEO strategy, no back links (maybe 30? ) etc etc etc.

do u have time to do it yourself? a budget for SEO? goals in mind? time to start anew, good thing is you have a site that's 3 years old, thats about it.

Unhappy Why I am ranking with one keyword than main one
thanks for cooment , My keywords are online auction - buysell - online auction site which is followed throught out the page. So I followed the same rulls for Name tages. what am I missing? what is droppping the weight of density? what do you think needs to be changed? I am first page in google if go with Canada online buysell but not that auction which is my main keyword. please advise.

how I can improve my website as far as SEO is concerned
I am looking for any useful information regarding how I can improve my website as far as SEO is concerned. How should I improve my site backlinks? Is there anything I can do to improve my ranking in sence of home page tages or other objects?

improve backlinks by getting them yourself and creating cool content ppl will link to.

you do not have the right keywords, and your pages aren't optimized for the ones you have. do you even get traffic for your 'top ' keywords?

Thanks for coment. when you say I don't have right keywords what do you mean since my keyboard is online auction ? Isn't this my right keyword. I also tried phrase like "canada online auction site" but did not get any where. I know that I need to improve my backlinks but what is the best way of doing it? what keywords i should use when if my site is auction site? All I can think is auction site and phrase that contains auctions words.

I don't know if it's right, what are your products/strategies/markets? Are you getting traffic for that word or would other words perform better? All these questions need planning and answers before you can start to figure out whether it's the 'right keyword'.

I have no traffic and I am not still sure what I need to do since I am confused , I have been working on meta tags and I noticed the only effective tage are TITLE and Discription. I had a doorway which helped a lot but I was not happy yet. So what steps I need to take since I keep getting varity of suggestions that have not help alot. please be informative

Why don't you submit to a few directories?
You can boost your traffic by submitting to as more as possible directories or relevant sites you can. You can spend a few dollars and hire some specialist to do it instead. Please ramble the Internet no less then few weaks about SEO, Promotion or any other word that relevant to web promotion and you will see result. Good luck.
