Web designer seeks SEO for romance and possibly more...?

Hi

Having had a good scoot around the forum and realising it could take me months to learn the basics and years to get to the level of the gurus here I am realising that I should stick to design and find a good SEO for the optimization side (although I am still keen to learn).

I work freelance, am valued by my clients, and use other freelancers (3D designers, cartoonists, Programmers, etc) who I value, pay accordingly and charge on +15%.

However, most of my sites are very visual (Flash, etc) but I guess a non-visual text version created purely for SE can be created by an SEO so long as it has a link from index.html (or is this wrong?)

Anyway, could some of you SEO gurus PM me with rates?

No problem with flash sites (or I should say html with flash embedded). Google and AllTheWeb at least are getting better at parsing links from the applet and will continue to improve until no different than any other format.
