Some insight would be great...

Hi all,

I am a noob to the whole SEO thing, but have been reading around for some time.

I am currently pulling a 14 in the serps, with an odd bump to #8... I am really wanting to get back on and stay on page one. (I know, we all are.)

I have just done a site redesign, and like the way it looks, so not sure I can change too much, (please don't read this as close minded... I will consider any ideas.) and I don't expect you all to SEO it completely, just please let me know if I am doing any black hat "tricks" as I don't want to get kicked off google, and if you see any glairing things I can do to improve my rank please let me know.

The site is some flash, some frames, and htm...

The site is billmccord (dot) com

Thanks in advance for the tips. (and I didn't mention that there are pictures of hot chicks in my gallerys. )

The h1 tags are keyword stuffed. Limit your keywords to one mention. if you want to target "chattanooga photographer and "chatanooga wedding photagrapher" you dont ned to say both phrases right next to each other in a header tag. "chatanooga wedding photagrapher" will add weight to both terms, by mentioning both it looks spammy and can diminish them more...

Better yet make a separate page for both terms.

use a "spider simulator" to see what content the SE's can and cant read in your site. Lose the frames, and brighten the text

Your page is very spammy. Cleaning it up and relaxing with the keyword stuffing would help alot.
