Some advice on my site

I cannot write code and I use Front Page. I have tried to get rid of alot of junk code but it is confusing. I am new to SEO. My sites are:

Near the top of the html there is some wierd stuff. This is because I used word art to create my company name logos. If I could figure out a way to turn those images into gif's then I can cut out 30 lines of code that are possibly confusing the SE's. Besides that my rankings are poor and I have become discouraged with SEO. I need all the advice I can get so do not hold back. I guess I have to hit bottom before I can see the light of SEO.
I was also wondering if I should be dropping Front Page and learning how to use Dreamweaver or the like which may be better to eliminate junk code.
