Site Review - Suggestions

This is my first posting -

We have a site, www.freshpair.com which sells mens and womens intimate apparel. (Basic goods like underwear, bras, socks, etc.)

Over the past few months, our links on google have been reduced considerably. I've been able to get indexed recently under several key words, however we are still not showing up enough. We have modified page titles, content, and links considerably. We used to have 20 matches under site:www.freshpair.com bra , however since the most recent dance, that # has increased to 270.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further enhance our site to achieve higher placements? Our competitors seem to be listed everywhere. What are we doing wrong?

1. You have too many keywords that are not specific enough
2. you need to have text (preferably in a link) top left
3. More relevant text less imagery
4. Title and text are important
5. use every page the same as a first page
6. Key words/phrases are imporatant and need to be repeated eg in the title, desciption, keywords, text and text links
7. Anchor text is important within the page (which is almost what I have just said
