Hello all. Bro and I just started up a past buisness we had online.

I still need to build a link farm, but was wondering what you all thought of the design, and other aspects
of it. Its a Online Lingerie store, right now we have up about a 1/4 of the products that will be up in the coming weeks.

Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for quick reply Nandini. So many people see things different ways,
what sort of design things you picture in your mind Nandini.

And yes there is alot more to go on left side for products, there is so many, as of now we are over 150
thus far, and its only a 1/4.

Not really an SEO idea as much as a site promotion strategy.

Lingerie is about creating the image of sex appeal and desire. If you "productize" your approach too much, there is little to distinguish you from the other guy except price.

Having just looked at 100 lingerie websites, there are too many that look "the same" with similar products, delicate fonts and pink tones. There is a lot of room to be different. Dare to stand out from the crowd. As it is, the design is fine, but unfortunately not memorable.

While not a retailer and hence not a fair comparison, go to http***://www.chantelle.com/ (remove the ***). You'll see something quite different.

Thank you for all of your replies. I have added a bit more to the design, not sure if it
is for the best or not, perhaps the ones who saw before can critique it.
Im trying not to use the fancy fonts as otehr sights have, and im doing a bit digfferent with the links, im not using a whole long list of url to left, just the catagory with mens and womens under them. What makes this a bit different than the rest is, you can order my items right away thru order buton, instead of bouncing to anotehr page with item again on it. Tryin to make it flow a bit better, easier to navigate. I hope im going in the right direction.

I had seen your site before.. You have changed lots of things, but most reflected thing is you rfont size which has gone down too much. I think you should increase your font size a bit... Thats what I think...

And when somebody click on a thumbnail, it opens in the same windows, try to open it in a new window....

But I think a lot can be done on the design, a lot means a lot. With such beautiful lingerie you can design such a sexy design... it can blow up anyone...

I am sure of it...

Much cjamged since last time.increased font sizes, pretty much redesigned everything. Began a link farm, seesm to be growing quite well, and am even popping up in soem engines thus far.

Question though. Yahoo, seems to be cutting down on the amount of meta tags i can use. Im using there site builder program, primarily for the catalog manager functions, its a nice way to store and alter products in real time, but im also noticing that i cant add the usuall meta tags like i have used in the past on other sites. Does this appear to be a problem? going in and directly adding xtra meta tags, seeems to mess up the flow of stie, like it is being forced not to happen. Does anyone see this as a disadvantage, or are the available tags that are currently allowed enough... thanks again for all of your opinions yall.

Thank you for replies. As far as the new window goes, I did do this

earlier, yet then I was told by many, that there pop up blockers prevented
the new window to pop up. It will also do this on my comp, if enabled.

So im a bit confused on the best action here.

I would chop out the whole intro and big photo then you would have a list of your products - otherwise there's "nothing for sale" becasue you cant see anything as it's below the fold
