Site review please

Hi Everyone:

Would like to have many reviews of the site

Looking for lots of constructive criticism.

This site has been up about 8 months and we were doing very well for a lot of our keyword until the last Google dance.

We target "<statename> vacation rental" (or rentals) and last month we had top 10 positions on Google for 27 states; and top 30 for 40 states. After the dance top 10 for 22 states top 30 for 32.

We were also in the top 30 for "Disney vacation rental" and top 10 for "kissimmee vacation rental". This month not even top 100

Although we'd love to have the homepage come up on every search, an internal page that does a listing for the state being searched is just as good.

You have a nice targeted site with easy navigation, some SEO suggestions below:

- Try not to pass more than two variables in your ASP pages.

- Create a site map with links to ALL your internal pages

- Create separate pages for your most important keywords "Disney Vacation Rental" and have all internal pages link to that page

- Include keywords within your home page link i.e. (Vacation Rental "Home") ahaha get it? Home? You can incorporate your "Home" page within your targeted "Home" keyword phrase. Ohhh boy.

- Separate your links page into categories.

Tested in Mozilla 800x600 56k. Downloads nice and fast. The text is a bit small to read and perhaps some of the lower text would be better on another page. The menu is a bit difficult to read with the red and white background behind it. The main graphic is rather poor quality. Nice site though. Good luck with it.
