Hi All
Lokking for Niche suggestion from you all. I just started work on it and want to know your openion on this site :

Name of Site/Business: Treoshack : Treo Phone accessories

Site's Main Purpose: Ecommerce/Sales

Please Review the following:
Does the home page sufficiently convince people to go further into the site?

Does/can the site achieve its main purpose?

Navigation. Is it clear and easy to understand?

Appearance/Attractiveness

Typos and grammar

Images failing to load

Search engine marketing. Can the pages be reasonably well indexed by search engines?

Thanks in Advance

site appearance is good, I kind of thing the Browse by Category section may be better before the browse by phone model, but i dont know your target area so unsure what you feel is best.

If you want to get really pedantic, the images on the front page, well some of them, dont really fit with the page. Ie they dont look the best images for your customers to first see. Take this one for instance: http://www.treoshack.com/images/PRODUCT/icon/186.jpg it has sections cut off and missing, with no box around the image, and in my personal opinion it just doesnt look that good.

The orange navigation at the top, I feel like you need some type of dividers between the sections ie Home | Categories | Phone models rather than a continuation Home Categories Phone Models.

The opening page does make me want to venture into your site, so thats a good thing.

Not exactly that much helpful info from me i'm afraid but every little helps

Hey, before doing anything or defining any strategies for your site, first do the initial site analysis at your end..It will help you to take the right step for making your site search engine & user friendly.

You can find the details of the process on technicalseo.blogspot.com/2008/03/website-analysis-for-right-seo-strategy.html
