Hi Truckin,
Well as a fellow drummer I thought that I would post a few quick tips.
First off I like the look of the site but there are a few things you need to do.
1) Change the page title for every page to something different, the title tag has a lot to do with SEO and if you've got the same wording for each one then you're not making the most of your site.
2) Is there anywhere that you could use more actual text rather than pictures of text? Google doesn't read the text in pictures so maybe you could place the "Where drummers come to learn" in an h1 tag and stick it in a div or something so it overlays the logo.
3) I couldn't find it but maybe it's there. A sitemap can be a really good way to get your pages indexed, create one.
4) Move your javascript and CSS into separate files, it's cleaner and I think that it might have a small effect on how google looks at your site although I can't guarantee it.
It's a good site and I think once you've got a lot of the content on there it'll start doing well. I would however recommend that you spend a few hours looking around this site and reading some other reviews of sites to see what other advice is being given out. Most of the stuff that people will suggest is quite simple but it can make all difference when it comes to ranking well in google.
