A tip I can give is maybe not to user your company name in the title, unless you are some giant on the market for the related products (e.g Coca Cola). For which keyword you rank so bad? For Plasma Neem you are on top, for the products you are behind, yes. The backlinking is low, I saw only few, while the concurence had many.
