Search tool advice

I'm creating a search tool to go through a database of web hosting providers and was wondering what options/features were most common and recommended to add into the search options.

I'd probably have some default search criteria already set. Beginners won't have a clue of what they need to search for. And clean up the page, it doesn't look good win IE6.

Some other criteria that would be helpful to me
Dedicated Server
Mail hosting
Ecommerce(credit card processing etc)

And in the search results
Price for bandwidth overage
Location (City, State,Country)
