Hi all, we have been developing a website around our hosted customer service software at http://www.supportsentry.com for the past few months and are getting ready to move to the next level. I was hoping to get some feedback on a few things if anyone is interested or has some spare minutes (ha ha).
- Site layout, speed, look, etc. - Ease of understanding what our products do and how they can help We would be happy to get any of the faithful SEOChat members signed up for our PRO service for free to get some feedback on the system, user interface and any other areas you would like to comment on. Glancing at the site the biggest thing that stuck out at me off the start was the tag line
"Got Customer Service?" which would probably be better if it was something like "Customer Service Without the SPAM!" or "Sick of Spam?" you might be able to think of something better, but it should relate better to the problem you are solving. also your home page seems as if it is primarily focused on the spam angle. I think your product is more comprehensive though, and you may want to focus on many of the non spam features on the home page without forcing a clickthrough to another page. if you broadened the homepage topics a bit then you may want a heading similar to "Automated Customer Service Software" hope I helped... |

thanks for the input. Guess I was trying to find something to catch the browser's attention. But, the more I think about it, the more I realize that they are most likely there because they are looking for a customer service solution or some kind of anti-spam deal. Did you understand what we offer from the font page copy? And if you did (fingers crossed) how long did it take before you got it? |

I kinda wrote my post as I was glancing at your site. I thought initially it was some antispam stuff and then later realized it was intended to be a customer support solution.
odds are if I was a random surfer I would not have got it right away (based on my post). |
